DC DELUXE 1/6 DR. MANHATTAN
The second DC Deluxe 13-incher articulated action figure after the previously revealed RORSCHACH (circa NYCC) is to be DR MANHATTAN!
Based on the upcoming March 6, 2009, Warner Bros. movie WATCHMEN, this 1:6 scale deluxe collector figure measures approximately 13" tall and comes with a removable black suit (which frankly, looks ill-fitted, IMHO). Packaged in a deluxe 4-color window box with a fifth panel, it also includes a 4-color Certificate of Authenticity. The WATCHMEN MOVIE: DR. MANHATTAN 1:6 Scale Deluxe Collector Figure has a SRP of US$69.99, with a January 21st, 2009-sale date.
As indicated on the ad, the "actual" Dr. Manhattan figure will be unveiled @ the San Diego Comic-Con from July 26th, 2008.
