in the comic, this "setting cop on fire"-sequence happens when Rorschach visits Moloch
and is set-up by the police (via Ozymandias), where he attempts to escape. but alas he
could not and was subsequently arrested and thrown in jail. we see Rorschach unmasked.
man, this is going to be a pretty action-packed emotional sequence, IMHO.
